Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve Debt Management Services targets of the respective branch assigned, ensuring PI targets are met.
• Meet target on cost of Debt Management Services.
• Ensure PI targets are achieved within specified cost limits on a monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines for the entire Debt Management Services structure, in letter and spirit.
• Ensure that Debt Management Services agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the prevailing law.
• Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
• Continuously monitor Debt Management Services agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such activities.
