Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural
Job Purpose
This position is open with a leading financial services company. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve Debt Management Services targets of the assigned branch, ensuring performance indicator (PI) targets are met.

Meet targets related to the cost of Debt Management Services.

Ensure PI targets are achieved within specified cost limits on a monthly basis.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with throughout the Debt Management Services structure.

Ensure agencies and executives adhere to legal guidelines and the applicable code of conduct.

Continuously monitor agencies and executives to identify and prevent fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Strong people management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action and results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship-building skills.
