 Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural 
 Job Purpose 
The Debt Management Specialist is responsible for managing delinquent accounts, recovering overdue payments, and maintaining strong financial relationships with clients.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Manage a team of collection officers to achieve overall targets.
  • Rectify problems encountered during the collection process.
  • Manage average collection reports to monitor and improve collection performance.
  • Track cases individually and ensure resolution as per agreed timelines (AOP).

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Experience in achieving collections targets, preferably through direct customer/agency visits.
  • Strong ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines regarding repossession of products.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ability to handle escalations promptly and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience with Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.
  • Proven skills in developing and executing strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Experience in managing a team of collection officers to achieve targets.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges during the collection process.
  • Ability to manage collection reports and track performance improvements.
  • Competence in case tracking and timely resolution as per AOP.
  • Strong portfolio management and debt collection strategy skills.
  • Demonstrated achievement of targets and regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting, analysis, and risk management skills.
  • Team leadership and vendor management experience.
  • Excellent co-ordination skills with both internal and external clients.
  • Experience in debt collection & recovery, risk mitigation & legal proceedings, record keeping, and compliance with regulations.
