Role Overview: As a Data Analyst in the Executive department, your main responsibility will be to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. Your role will require strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to effectively present insights through impactful PowerPoint presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources. - Perform detailed data analysis using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and create dashboards. - Develop and maintain data reports, trackers, and visual dashboards for management review. - Create professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Qualification Required: - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating clear, engaging, and executive-level presentations. - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. - Good understanding of data visualization and presentation techniques. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
