Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handling Customer Service, Operations & Admin functionality.
  • Attending walk in customers. Attending phone calls.
  • Liasioning with Registrar for account statement, redemption etc.
  • Liasioning with marketing dept at ho for material indent.
  • Handling brokerage related queries of IFAs.
  • Accepting application forms and redemption in the reception.
  • Time stamping of transactions.
  • Co-ordination with banks.
  • High Value deposits.
  • Guiding investors for online transactions


Academic Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Management Graduate (preferable) + NISM (Mutual Fund) certification

Minimum Work Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in in asset management industry

Skills:

  • Well versed with all MS office applications especially MS excel
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry
