As an International Client Engagement Executive at Surat Diamond Bourse, your role involves conducting outbound communication to initiate and develop client relationships in the US/EU regions. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and collaborating with internal teams to provide customized solutions. Managing pre-sales activities such as requirement gathering, product introductions, sampling, and onboarding will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups to facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal departments.
