Job Description

  • Retention of current business by ensuring good service.
  • Fulfilment of SLAs (Service Leave Agreement) as agreed with the stakeholders (Insurance companies, brokers, corporate and individual customer) by coordinating with the backend operations team.
  • Attending to stakeholders query in person/mails/over the calls and resolving it.
  • Guiding and updating stakeholders in documentation and requisites to be followed in the process life cycle of the policy.
  • Updating the stake holders if there are any deviation in the process and address the queries as and when required. •
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the stakeholders by o Organizing proactive meetings and address issues well in hand.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and persuasive skills that effectively communicates with and influences customers.
  • Understanding of customer and market scenario •
  • Minimum of one year experience in handling CRM role will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
