Executive - CRM Support

Siganallur, Coimbatore

Languages: English, Tamil, and Spoken Hindi

Salary: Up to 3.7 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for CRM-related queries.

Provide first-level support to end-users by resolving basic functional issues.

Escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant team.

Assist users in daily CRM operations and system navigation.

Conduct user training sessions to improve CRM adoption.

Maintain documentation and update user manuals.

Generate and share daily MIS reports on CRM usage and issues.

Added Advantage: Candidates with sales related CRM knowledge.
