Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in CRM management or a similar role. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and customer engagement tactics.
