We are looking for Content Writer for Pune location

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Writing & Development

  • Write high-quality content for blogs, articles, social media posts, website pages, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.
  • Create educational, patient-friendly content on diseases, symptoms, conditions, diagnostics, treatments, and wellness topics.
  • Develop compelling copy for campaigns, product descriptions, landing pages, and ad creatives.

2. Research & Medical Accuracy

  • Conduct thorough research using credible medical sources.
  • Work with doctors, medical teams, and subject matter experts to validate content accuracy.
  • Ensure content adheres to healthcare standards, guidelines, and brand tone.

3. SEO & Digital Content

  • Develop SEO-friendly content with proper keywords, structure, and metadata.
  • Optimize content for readability, engagement, and search performance.
  • Create content calendars and support digital marketing initiatives.

4. Social Media & Campaign Copy

  • Write crisp and engaging copy for social media posts, reels scripts, awareness campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Support digital campaigns with strong headlines, taglines, CTAs, and creative concepts.

5. Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure all content complies with healthcare communication guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
  • Maintain consistent tone of voice across all touchpoints.

6. Comprehensive Content Development

  • Content writing for all sorts of Incenter, Outdoor, Radio promotional, Leaftlet, Brochures, Social, Website, PR content, Etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Prior Experience in Healthcare Sector is preferred.
  • 26 years of experience in content writing, with at least 1+ years in healthcare/pharma/diagnostics/wellness.
  • Strong command of Englishwriting, editing, and storytelling.
  • Ability to simplify medical concepts into clear, patient-friendly language.
  • Experience in writing SEO-friendly content.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience writing for diagnostics brands, hospitals, clinics, or health-tech platforms.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, lab tests, symptoms, and treatment basics.
  • Experience with CMS tools and SEO tools.
  • Ability to write scripts for health videos, reels, or educational content.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Media, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or related fields.
  • Additional certification in medical writing, content marketing, or SEO is a plus.
