Executive - Commercial Vehicle Retail
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. NSB business is a new business formed recently which aims at serving as a virtual Joint Venture between BFL & the partners. To support the business, an exclusive collections team has been set up to help the NSB business maintain the least NPA. Culture Anchor

Work Hard: Consistently puts in effort, plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targets.

Execute with Rigor: Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effort.

Own It: Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organization's policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Hire/empanel vendors/agencies for the collection process at respective locations.

Manage vendors/agencies for collections.

Manage FOS for collection of used car products.

Demonstrate good knowledge of processes involved in repossession of used car products.

Maintain reports/trackers related to allocation and collection records.

Interact with customers for collection of amounts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Years of Experience: Minimum 12 to 18 months.

Qualification / Specialization: Graduation / others.

Expertise / Skills

Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.

Excellent relationship skills.

Affirmative in nature, clarity of thought and perseverance.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and self-starter attitude.

Working knowledge of computers.
