Job Description

As an Executive in our team, your role will involve managing corporate client relationships in the health insurance domain. You will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing top-notch support, resolving queries, assisting with claims, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. Key Responsibilities: - **Help Desk Management:** - Address health insurance-related queries of corporate clients through calls, emails, or in-person interactions. - Provide prompt and accurate solutions to ensure high client satisfaction. - **Query Resolution:** - Resolve client concerns regarding policies, claims, and other health insurance services. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries within defined timelines. - **Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for long-term partnerships. - Conduct regular follow-ups to exceed clients" expectations. - **Claims Assistance:** - Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth experience from documentation to settlement. - Proactively communicate claim status updates to clients. - **Policy Education:** - Explain policy terms, coverage details, and exclusions clearly to clients. - Ensure clients are well-informed about their benefits under their health insurance plans. - **E-card Support:** - Assist clients in generating and distributing E-cards for their employees to ensure timely access to healthcare services. - **Reporting & Documentation:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, queries, and resolutions. - Generate periodic reports on client feedback and query trends for continuous improvement. - **Other Responsibilities:** - Coordinate for seamless policy renewals and endorsements with internal teams. - Organize client awareness programs to educate corporate employees on health insurance benefits. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Finance/Insurance preferred). - 2-5 years of client servicing experience, preferably in health insurance or TPA industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations professionally. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Familiarity with health insurance policies, claim processes, and regulatory guidelines is advantageous. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary and benefits. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Supportive and collaborative work environment.
