Executive - Business Manager

In this role within Macquaries Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) group's Central Funding Hub - Secured Financing (CFH SF) desk, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and global environment. Your team is rapidly growing with a mandate to expand trading capabilities across repo and stock lending products to meet CGMs liquidity management needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the Secured Financing business by managing processes, driving change projects, and coordinating engagements with various stakeholders. - Work with the front office trading business spread across multiple locations and gain exposure to all aspects of securities financing transactions globally. - Collaborate with the trading desk to proactively solve problems and participate in CGM Central projects to meet requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Understanding of financial markets, including repo and stock borrow lending. - Knowledge of investment banking processes, trading, risk management, and regulatory requirements. - Familiarity with financial products such as equities, bonds, and derivatives. - Exceptional analytical and communication skills to engage with a wide stakeholder group. - Strong organizational and project management skills.
