Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and culturally adept Bilingual Business &Communication Assistant to support our office, particularly in facilitating smooth communication between our local team and expatriate colleagues. This role requires fluency in both Russian and English, coupled with a strong understanding of business operations, to ensure effective translation and mitigate any communication misunderstandings.
Key Responsibilities:
Bilingual Translation & Interpretation:
o Provide accurate and fluent translation of documents, emails, and internal communications between Russian and English.
o Offer real-time interpretation during meetings, discussions, and one-on one conversations to bridge language gaps.
Expat Communication Facilitation:
o Act as a key liaison to identify and resolve potential communication breakdowns or cultural misunderstandings with expatriate staff.
o Proactively offer insights and contextual information to ensure clarity in interactions and project discussions.
Administrative & Operational Support:
o Assist with general administrative tasks, ensuring efficient dailyoperations within the office environment.
o Support various operational needs by leveraging business knowledge to provide relevant input and streamline processes.
Business Insights & Input:
o Utilize a strong understanding of business principles and practices to provide valuable input during discussions, especially when cultural or linguistic nuances might affect decision-making or implementation.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Demonstrated knowledge of general business operations, financial concepts,or relevant industry practices.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
