The job involves serving as the primary liaison between Employee Benefits Billing, HR administration, and clients, focusing on billing and premium collection. Key responsibilities include tracking overdue clients to ensure timely terminations, resolving collection concerns by collaborating with internal departments
1 -2 year of work experience in a BPO industry preferably with a GROUP Insurance - Billing process and should have Financial background, Advance Excel knowledge as well.
The essential job functions include acting as the main liaison between Employee Benefits Billing, HR administration, and clients for billing and premium collection, monitoring overdue accounts to ensure timely terminations, and resolving collection issues by collaborating with internal teams and third-party administrators.
