Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate should have excellent follow-up skills, strong scheduling abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). She will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Proactively follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and manage documentation.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and confidential information.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and assignments.
  • Assist in event planning, meetings, and taking minutes as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent follow-up skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in assisting C-level executives is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
