Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for decision-making.
  • Monitor emails, respond on behalf of the executive when required, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies.
  • Support with personal administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
