Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Organise travel arrangements, accommodation and logistic support when needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritise and respond as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, reviews and discussions.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 1-2 years experience in similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good coordination, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
  • Professional, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.
