Executive Assistant to MD

Executive Assistant to the Director:

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and send email communications on behalf of company executive(s)
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and taking care of meeting logistics
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Directors
• Arranging for travel for Director including booking of Air Tickets, Hotel accommodation etc.
• Maintaining client database and various records and documents for company executive(s)
• Assisting the Directors for various projects.

Key skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time-management skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Should be flexible.
• Should have hands-on experience of Microsoft office suite, Power point presentations etc.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn etc.
• Should have done flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, application filling.
• Should know visa process of different countries, etc.

Hiring Only candidate based in Chandigarh (Tri-city) for the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
