Job Description

You will virtually shadow the management and be their first port of call to translate their vision into an execution plan and ensure it is implemented smoothly, freeing them of day-to-day bottlenecks. The role is dynamic, involving tasks such as designing corporate governance pieces, drafting strategic communications, preparing presentations, managing MIS and budgets, scheduling meetings, and leading projects. You may also assist the Managing Director with calendar management and personnel queries. Most secretarial tasks will be handled by others, but there may be some overlap. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute tasks of organizational importance - Coordinate with key leaders to implement organizational decisions - Draft, review, and send strategic management communications - Prepare presentations, action strategies, develop new processes - Follow up with staff to ensure decisions are executed - Organize meetings, gather documents, attend to meeting logistics - Maintain confidential records and documents - Manage MIS, budgets, and conduct quarterly variance analysis - Manage the Managing Director's schedule - Communicate the firm's strategy to external stakeholders in coordination with corporate communication and marketing teams - Lead projects/work streams independently, from scoping to generating insights - Support the firm's forward-looking strategy and execution of strategic plans - Address key strategic issues and opportunities, collaborating across functions - Coordinate business unit leaders to align their efforts with the firm's strategic plan - Oversee industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis The work scope will vary based on individual initiative and skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate from a B+ grade management school (finance) with at least 2 years of experience or a Chartered Accountant - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong time-management skills and attention to detail - Organizational and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Proactive, self-motivated, with a desire for quick career advancement - Prior experience in a people-driven organization is preferred If you are a go-getter with the required qualifications and skills, this role offers an opportunity to work closely with top management, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the firm's growth and success.,
