Executive Assistant to Director

Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Training & Placement Officer (TPO) Director, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the smooth functioning of all activities related to the TPO office. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing the Director's schedule and travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, assisting in planning placement drives and recruitment events, and supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the TPO Director and internal/external stakeholders. - Manage and coordinate the Directors schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Director. - Assist in planning and execution of placement drives, recruitment events, and institutional collaborations. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Monitor deadlines and follow-ups for ongoing initiatives/projects. - Support strategic decision-making by providing data, research, and analysis as required. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred). - Experience: Exceptional, proven experience in a similar EA/Administrative/Operations role, preferably in an educational institution or corporate placement environment.
