We are looking An Executive Assistant to Managing Director only female candidate required for Siliguri location.
v Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
· Managing calendars: scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
· Organizing and preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
· Handling confidential information with discretion.
· Filtering and responding to emails and correspondence.
2. Meeting & Event Coordination:
· Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings.
· Taking and distributing minutes of meetings.
3. Communication Management:
· Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading official communications.
· Coordinating with departments, clients, and vendors.
v Skills Required:
· Discretion and confidentiality
· Excellent communication (written and verbal)
· Problem-solving ability
· Language known as Bengali, Hindi English
· MS Office & Google Sheet
v Qualification:
· Graduate with minimum 3* years’ experience as an Executive Assistance to Director*.
