Executive Assistant to Director

Job description · Act as the first point of contact dealing with correspondence/Meetings Management. · Proactively manage and coordinate the calendar of the Concerned Reporting Manager (Cardiologist) by prioritizing and arranging meetings. · Keep the reporting manager updated of work going on in office while he is not there. · Manage online and whatsapp patient interaction and appointments. · Interact and coordinate with all the concerns on behalf of the Reporting Manager (potential students - telling about the course, coordinating their dates, coordinating with HSSC for student exams etc.) · Visit hospital 2-3 times a week · Manage communication and email related to Pharma supplies (international) · Coordinate visits - travel & accommodation (to Punjab and Siliguri) · Coordinate patient admissions · Ordering regular supplies for Clinic: stationery and other consumables Experience/ Qualification and Skills: · 1-2 years of working experience as Executive Assistant to a senior person (preferably to Doctor). Candidates from medical background/ healthcare sector are preferred · Graduate in any stream (under graduate with relevant experience and skill set may also apply) · Net and IT savvy (non medical google searches) coming up with suggestions · Presentable with good dressing sense · Hardworking, proactive and Go-getter · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Able to visit hospital 2-3 times a week Experience: Medical field: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
