Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Volantos Technology Pvt Ltd. The position is based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant will manage executive scheduling, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and ensure the CEO's day-to-day activities are effectively organized. Additional responsibilities include office administration, maintaining records, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional Organization Skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience with Office Administration functions, including calendar management and report preparation
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,148.78 - ₹38,235.22 per month
