Job Title: Executive Assistant (Male Candidates Only)
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
Availability: Full-Time, On-Site with Travel

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership team. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and the flexibility to travel between Pune and Aurangabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel plans
• Organize end-to-end travel logistics including flights, trains, accommodations, and local transport
• Serve as a central point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and partners
• Monitor and manage emails and calls, draft professional responses, and ensure timely communication
• Prepare and edit presentations, reports, agendas; take accurate meeting minutes and follow-up tasks
• Handle confidential documents with absolute discretion
• Track and process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements
• Manage office supplies and assist with meeting/event coordination
• Provide general administrative and executive-level support as required

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar Executive or Personal Assistant role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Technically proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace tools
• Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters
• Keen attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to solve problems independently
• Comfortable with periodic overnight travel to Aurangabad
• Willingness to remain flexible and responsive for urgent needs outside standard hours
