Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Only candidates living in Jaipur will be considered (Must live within 30 minutes of the office)

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month

Type: Full-time, Hybrid.

Are you known for your impeccable follow-ups, initiative, and ability to make things happen? We're looking for an Executive Assistant who’s more than just organised.

• This is not your average EA role. You’ll be the right hand to the CEO, managing both professional and personal tasks with confidentiality, grace, and effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the CEO's voice — following up, delegating, and ensuring tasks are closed
• Maintain and manage task tracking, team coordination, and schedules
• Handle confidential emails, calendar planning, and communications
• Take complete charge of follow-ups with team members, vendors, and clients
• Manage personal tasks (bookings, errands, research, etc.) as needed
• Own and evolve operational efficiency across the MD’s workstream
• Gradually take over all execution, freeing the MD to focus on strategy

What You Bring

• 3–5 years as an EA, Office Coordinator, or Admin for a CXO or Director
• Outstanding follow-up and coordination skills — this is non-negotiable
• Strong grasp of MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable handling both office and personal work for the CEO
• Calm, resilient, and able to manage demanding or senior stakeholders
