Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant at the Founder’s Office to directly support the Founder & CEO. This role is designed for an individual with strong entrepreneurial instincts, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution of high-priority tasks and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Founder’s Office, supporting business development, operations, and decision-making processes.
  • Drive ownership of critical business priorities, ensuring timely follow-ups and outcomes.
  • Manage confidential information and communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on company objectives and ensure accountability.
  • Prepare and review business reports, dashboards, and presentations for strategic insights.
  • Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives, culture building, and leadership communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
