Executive Assistant to CEO

You will be based out of our Mumbai Office. You will be working directly for the CEO, and working as a Counsellor for our clients.

This is a perfect job for an Executive Assistant to grow into!

You need :

1. Excellent communication skills

4. Time Management skills

Everything else we can teach you. All successful executive assistants come with the above four skills!

You job will entail: -

1. Speaking to prospective clients and leads on the phone, or via zoom. This is purely for in-bound leads. You can explain our services, and understand their requirements. Finally, set up a call with our CEO to conclude the on- boarding of the client.

2. Regular follow ups with clients for their requirements. You will need to learn about the study abroad journey, and also the application process. We will be happy to teach you the same. Quick learners and avid learners are preferred! Self-starters and folks willing to work without regular supervision are preferred!

3. This is a hugely rewarding journey as we genuinely help clients get into some of the best college programs in the world. The joy and satisfaction this brings to us is immense. And our clients are always grateful !

Other possible task (a sample task) :

Speak to the top 50 colleges in the USA. Work out differences in their admissions processes. Set up Zoom meetings with our CEO. Brainstorm with our digital marketing head to create interesting content about the same. Work out outreach programs to generate new business leads for our education business based on the above.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
