Job Description

Job Location: CS Fort Mumbai Timing - Office timing - 9.30 am - 5.30 pm, Sunday Weekly off Company Nature - Company established in 2009, focusing on processing and preserving meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables. They are a private limited company Key Responsibilities Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Executive Communication: Handle all executive communications including answering calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients in a professional manner. Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Travel Arrangements: Manage booking flights, visas, accommodation, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries. Scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and ensure timely reminders; occasionally send well wishes to clients. Insurance Management: Manage and process insurance claims, including health, building, car, and fire coverage. Credit Card & Bills Management: Handle all director's credit card activities and ensure timely payment of bills. Administrative Support: Ensure the timely payment of bills such as property tax, electricity, and mobile bills. Follow-up: Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution. General Office Management: Take care of office supplies and stationery procurement.
