Executive Assistant - Operations

As an Operations Assistant (Deployment & HR Coordination), your role involves providing support for deployment activities and assisting with partial HR responsibilities. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing documentation, coordinating field tasks, and interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include: - Deployment & Operations: - Assisting in tablet/device deployment, logistics, and on-ground support. - Maintaining deployment schedules, tracking sheets, and reports. - Coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams for deployment-related requirements. - Performing basic device setup, testing, configuration checks, and verification. - Supporting documentation related to deployment processes and SOPs. - Traveling to client sites as required. - HR Coordination: - Supporting recruitment activities including sourcing, initial screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. - Maintaining employee databases, attendance records, and HR files. - Assisting in issuing employee letters, joining formalities, and orientation tasks. - Coordinating with departments for employee-related queries and follow-ups.
