About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Executive Support Associate to work directly with the Principal Architect of Varun Garg Architects.
This is a personal executive support position — not an office management role — designed for someone who can keep the architect’s daily workflow running smoothly, ensure timely task execution, and maintain active client and vendor communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow-up & Coordination:
• Track assigned tasks across the team, ensure timely completion, and maintain quality through regular follow-ups.
• Personal Workflow Management:

Support the Principal Architect in daily priorities — act as a personal accountability partner to keep projects moving efficiently.

• Push & Prioritize:

Gently “push” for progress — both with the Principal Architect and the team — ensuring nothing stays pending unnecessarily. Manage the client relationship database — send birthday/anniversary wishes, personalized messages, and maintain warm professional connections.Handle incoming vendors or clients — ensure forms and feedback are filled, and that meetings are scheduled and documented properly.Maintain structured feedback systems for clients and vendors through digital forms and Google reviews.Keep organized records of follow-ups, communications, and project progress. • A fresher or recent graduate (MBA / BBA / HR / Business Communication / Management / or related fields).
• Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Comfortable managing multiple small tasks and tracking progress independently.
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
• A good listener who can translate verbal instructions into action swiftly.
