Role & responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:

    Manage and maintain complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Communication Management:

    Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive.
  • Meeting Coordination:

    Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Project Coordination:

    Support strategic initiatives, track progress, and provide project updates as required.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion:

    Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Operational Efficiency:

    Streamline administrative processes, implement organizational systems, and support office operations.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:

    Act as a key point of contact between executives, staff, and external partners.
  • Expense Management:

    Prepare and reconcile expense reports; manage budgets for travel and office expenses.
