Executive Assistant for CTO (only Female)

As an Executive Assistant to the CTO, your role will involve working closely with leadership in a fast-paced tech environment based in Chennai & Bangalore. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical documentation, managing technical meetings, coordinating communication between teams, supporting public presence and strategic initiatives, as well as organizing team events and workshops. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review technical documentation with design/engineering teams. - Drive and manage technical meetings, ensuring follow-ups and execution. - Manage the CTO's calendar, travel, events, and correspondence. - Coordinate communication between technical teams, vendors, and clients. - Support public presence, online profile, and strategic initiatives. - Organize team events, workshops, and developer relations activities. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant. - Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. - Confident communicator who thrives under pressure. - Comfortable driving technical discussions and ensuring outcomes. - Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to multitask effectively.
