Job Description

An Executive Assistant in the fintech industry provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, handling confidential information, and supporting strategic documents and initiatives within a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment. Key responsibilities also include acting as a gatekeeper and liaison with internal teams, investors, and external partners, anticipating executive needs, and ensuring efficient information flow and operational effectiveness. Essential skills include exceptional communication, strong organizational abilities, problem-solving, discretion, and proficiency with digital tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack. Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management:Manage and prioritize executives' complex calendars, ensuring alignment with global business pace and handling incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel & Logistics:Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and transportation, and manage associated expense reports.
  • Meeting & Event Support:Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings; take and distribute meeting minutes; and coordinate logistics for events and conferences.
  • Information & Document Management:Prepare briefing notes, investor decks, and strategic documents; conduct research; and maintain organized electronic and paper files.
  • Liaison & Communication:Act as a primary point of contact and facilitator, managing the flow of information between the executive, other departments, clients, and partners.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion:Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Project Support:Assist with special projects and initiatives, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Operational Support:Proactively identify bottlenecks, flag potential issues, and help develop mechanisms to improve team efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization & Time Management:Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and pay attention to detail.
  • Tech Proficiency:Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Discretion & Professionalism:High level of maturity, emotional intelligence, and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Proactivity & Problem-Solving:Ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and make sound decisions independently.
  • Adaptability:Proven ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and adapt to a high-velocity, fast-paced environment, common in fintech.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
