The company is in a phase of growth and transformation, and in line with this progression, we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant cum Personal Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our senior management in professional and personal coordination tasks. In this role, you will serve as a pivotal support to the senior leadership by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. The position requires a high degree of discretion, efficiency, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic fashion retail environment. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a primary point of contact between the Director/Leadership and internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders - Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, calendars, and travel itineraries - Coordinate and assist in business meetings, reviews, follow-ups, and presentations - Provide support in documentation, email correspondence, and report generation - Handle personal coordination duties including appointments, errands, travel arrangements, and event planning as needed - Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate professionalism in all dealings - Liaise with various departments (sales, marketing, design, HR, etc.) to facilitate internal communication - Assist in coordinating brand events, launches, and crucial meetings - Establish a follow-up system to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned to/from leadership Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an EA/PC or in a similar capacity, preferably within the fashion/retail/lifestyle industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and time management capabilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a positive attitude - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the executive's requirements beyond regular working hours if necessary - FEMALE PREFERRED This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus structure.
