About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Founder with daily tasks, meetings, follow-ups and presentations.
• Handle confidential communication, documentation and coordination.
• Assist in Business Development client meetings, proposals, pitching, and relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal & external teams for smooth operations.
• Track key deliverables and ensure timely closures.
• Travel for meetings, events, store visits & exhibitions as needed.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years in Business Development / Modern Trade / Retail Operations.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Presentable, confident and professional.
• Strong multitasking & ownership mindset.
• Comfortable travelling.
  

Preferred

• Experience in Modern Trade (FMCG, Lifestyle, Retail).
• Exposure to Founder's Office / EA roles is a plus.
