Executive Assistant (Business Strategy)

We are currently hiring for the following position with NSE/ BSE listed leading real estate group for their turnkey interior company.

Position: Executive Assistant – Business Strategy
Job Location: Yashwanthpur, Bangalore

Desired Profile:

• Graduate/ MBA with Experience in strategy, consulting, founder’s office, or EA roles with strategic depth.
• Strong analytical skills, communication, and executive maturity.
• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Role Snapshot:
Partner closely with the Business Head to drive key strategic initiatives, manage priorities, and enable decision-making across a fast-growing consumer business. This role blends execution, analysis, and leadership exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Support business strategy through research, financial models, and business planning.
• Track OKRs, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure operational performance.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, presentations, and confidential communications.
• Facilitate key initiatives, stakeholder alignment, and strategic decision support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
