Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in providing support to the Director and ensuring smooth operations within the center. Your main focus will be on communication management, involving coordination with both internal and external executives on various projects and tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage scheduling for meetings and conventions - Oversee the Director's travel arrangements and activities - Organize team communications - Plan events - Facilitate communication with other departments such as accounts and HR Qualifications Required: - Minimum of five years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Effective time-management abilities - Experience in budget management and basic accounting principles - Expertise in developing internal processes and filing systems Please upload your updated CV and relevant documents to apply for this position.
