Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, managing administrative tasks, preparing expense reports, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and directly supporting executive-level personnel to help achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Experience preparing and managing Expense Reports
• Skills in Executive Support for senior-level management
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively
• Proficiency in office tools and software such as MS Office
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
