Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Create and modify SQL queries for troubleshooting purposes.
Develop and maintain Cognos reports for data analysis and visualization.
Analyze application log files and tables to identify issues.
Troubleshoot integrations including APIs, web services, FTP, and other related technologies.
Identify and suggest process improvements and performance optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Job Requirements

Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience with Excel/VBA Macros and IT Support Documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to create and modify SQL queries and Cognos reports.
Experience with system health monitoring or site reliability engineering (SRE).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in languages such as Javascript, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, VBScript, and PowerShell.
