Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for client acquisition by identifying and approaching potential clients interested in stock market investment services. You will conduct cold calling, networking, and lead generation to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Additionally, you will deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value of the stock market services provided by the company. Key Responsibilities: - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their investment needs and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. - Stay updated on stock market trends, investment opportunities, and competitor activities to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities. - Use CRM tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and service offerings. - Continuously enhance knowledge of stock market products, services, and regulatory guidelines through training programs and educate clients about stock market basics, investment risks, and potential returns to support informed decisions. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management and maintain thorough documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development within the financial services or stock market industry preferred. Strong understanding of stock market products, trading, and investment basics. - Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
