Position: Facility Management Executive / Sr. Executive

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities

? Oversee end-to-end employee transportation: rostering, routing, helpdesk

management, billing, MIS reporting, field operations, and escort planning.

? Conduct vehicle checks ensuring adherence to EHS and compliance

requirements.

? Plan and manage fleet availability for daily operational requirements.

? Manage facilities and general maintenance of office premises.

? Supervise housekeeping and security teams for smooth daily operations.

? Coordinate logistics for Senior Management visits.

? Manage stationery, consumables, ID cards, business cards, and other facility-

related items.

? Ensure accurate documentation, reports, and timely escalation of issues.

? Perform otheradministrativeduties as assigned.

Skills & Competencies

? Strong geographical knowledge of the city (for transportation planning).

? Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

? Good knowledge of facilities, housekeeping, and security management.

? Excellent communication and coordination skills.

? Ability to work in night shifts as per organizational requirements.

Preferred Background

? 45 years of relevant experience in facilities management/administration.

? Exposure to managing transport, housekeeping, and security functions in

medium to large organizations.
