We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Executive Accounts

to join our Finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations and a good understanding of taxation (GST & TDS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and review the

    books of accounts

    on a regular basis to ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and assist in

    monthly closing

    and

    reconciliation

    activities.
  • Handle

    accounts payable and receivable

    , journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with

    taxation laws

    and handle

    GST and TDS filings

    .
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors as required.
  • Support in preparing

    MIS reports

    and assisting during audits.
  • Visit departments, banks, and other offices for financial transactions and documentation (two-wheeler preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree

    in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 1 4 years

    of experience in accounting and finance operations.
  • Proficiency in Tally

    and

    MS Excel

    is

    mandatory

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    GST, TDS

    , and other statutory compliances.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for work-related purposes (within city).
