Key Responsibilities: Record financial transactions and manage the general ledger using Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Assist with TDS, GST, and other tax-related filings and ensure compliance with applicable Indian tax laws. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and posting of journal entries. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations and support audit processes. Use Excel to analyze financial data, create reports, and provide insights into financial performance. Skills & Qualifications: 1 - 2 years of hands-on accounting experience Basic knowledge of TDS and GST Proficiency in Tally and Excel Good communication skills (both written and verbal) Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
