Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Executive- Academic Alliances to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and initial client engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and at least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers to introduce company products/services.
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer information.
• Follow up consistently with potential leads to ensure high conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Provide regular feedback on call responses, lead quality, and market insights

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telesales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence and resilience to handle rejections and objections.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google/Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
