Responsibilities Plan and oversee project implementations from conception to completion. Ensure engineering projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Manage resources effectively to ensure project success. Implement process improvements to optimize project execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in project management or engineering roles. Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
