Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Executive Assistant to CXO in Wealth Management. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for organizing and managing the CXO’s schedule, handling phone calls, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient clerical operations. The Assistant will support the CXO in day-to-day tasks and must exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Expertise in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
• Strong Clerical Skills for efficient office management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the financial or wealth management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
