Job Description

Process Ownership Ensure content delivery adheres strictly to schedules and brand guidelines. Oversee file and folder hygiene, standard naming conventions, and creative asset management. Prepare and organise decks, links, or folders for reviews with complete readines Key Responsibilities Creative Task Management Plan, assign, and monitor all creative tasks based on client briefs and content calendars. Track project timelines and update stakeholders on status and any roadblocks. Maintain real-time visibility of team capacity and upcoming workload. Cross-Team Coordination Act as the communication bridge between brand managers, strategists, and creative teams. Facilitate seamless handovers, clarifying briefs, objectives, and brand nuances. Align daily deliverables with content calendars and campaign milestones. Reporting & Documentation Ensure timely sharing of Start-of-Day (SoD) and End-of-Day (EoD) reports. Maintain structured documentation of tasks, revisions, and approvals. Proofing & Quality Control Review all content, designs, and videos before sharing with internal/external stakeholders. Conduct rigorous checks for grammar, factual accuracy, brand tone, and visual alignment.
