US Recruiter- Automotive

with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring engineering professionals for the automotive or aerospace domain. The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment independently

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for US clients screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
• Understand client requirements in the automotive/aerospace domain.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with hiring managers and ensure recruitment targets are met.
  

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in automotive/aerospace domains.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in US night shift (WFH).
  

Note:

Candidates with strong experience in US Automotive recruitment are preferred.
