Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

Executive Search Execution

• Manage senior-level mandates end-to-end, from briefing to onboarding.
• Use networks, referrals, and search tools to source top leadership talent and maintain a ready talent pool.

Client Acquisition

• Identify and convert new business opportunities with CXOs, HR Heads, and other decision-makers.
• Present tailored proposals and attend industry events to build strong professional visibility.

Revenue Generation

• Close senior-level search mandates to meet monthly revenue and P&L targets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent business development.

Client Management

• Act as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, hiring plans, and market insights.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure service excellence throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Market Research & Industry Insights

• Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, and competitor activity.
• Share actionable market intelligence to support client decision-making.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze key search metrics and talent market data.
• Prepare clear client reports, dashboards, and post-placement insights to improve delivery strategies.
